3 Professional Goals for my next 5 years:

• Incorporate AI into my training work: Attend AI workshops every year to level up my skill set- one workshop per quarter (I participate in MIA workshops on a regular basis)
• Acquire new responsibilities every 1-2 years in my role (professional responsibility growth could include being responsible for a bigger team, acquiring and using new tools, etc.)
• Create an online portfolio of 10 top learning projects (I use a really cool portfolio AI tool linked here)
